Art print from the Spain Series. The Museum and its Mascot

The famous Puppy mascot (in Spanish Cachorro) is an iconic modern floral sculpture made by American artist Jeff Koons in 1992 that is located in front of the Guggenheim Museum. Installed in its current location in October 1997, it represents a Scottish West Highland White Terrier puppy. It consists of a steel structure covered with approximately 38,000 natural plants, which are replaced twice a year as they stop flowering, as well as an internal irrigation system. With dimensions of 12.4 x 12.4 x 8.2 meters, it weighs a total of 16 tons.​
An exact copy exists on an estate of Peter M. Brant in Connecticut.
