Guggenheim Museum Art Print, BILBAO
Art print from the Spain Series. The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao
It is a contemporary art museum designed by Canadian architect Frank O. Gehry and is one of the museums belonging to the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation.
It was inaugurated on October 18, 1997. It consists of curvilinear and twisted shapes, covered in limestone, glass curtains and titanium sheets.
Beneath its apparent disorder from the outside, there is a pattern that governs its volume. Its forms are the result of employing all the elements, reaching the maximum curvature that titanium can withstand.
Gehry is the king of architectural counterpoint, which consists of contrasting very different forms and materials by placing them together.
Printed sheet on 320 gsm paper. High-quality embossing. Measures 23 x 23 cm.
