Chrysler Tower Print, NEW YORK
Art print from the New York Series. Chrysler Tower
Designed by architect William Van Alen, it is a classic example of Art Deco architecture and is considered by many contemporary architects to be one of New York's finest buildings. It was the first building to exceed 300 meters in height.
It was created with the desire to meet the needs of today's business executives, who, with their intense activity, required the most favorable environment and conditions. The need for abundant light and air resulted in a beautifully proportioned and tall building. The importance of accessibility and transportation dictated the location. The desire for ultimate comfort led to the inclusion of innovative features for every need, contributing to the satisfaction of the business professional in their office.
