Cathedral of Santa María print, MURCIA

Art print. Cathedral of Santa María de Murcia
In Murcia's most famous square stands the great facade of the Cathedral, 54 meters high and with more than 20 sculptures.
The main facade, built between 1737 and 1751, is considered one of the most important of the Baroque period.
Conceived as a facade-altarpiece by the Valencian architect and sculptor Jaime Bort y Meliá, it results in a harmonious whole, which plays with volumes, perfectly uniting architecture and sculpture.
Like a great stone theater, the facade exalts the History of the universal Church and of the Diocese in particular.
Printed sheet on 320 gsm paper. High-quality embossing. Measures 23 x 23 cm.
